Handmade Double-layer Glass Magnesium Rock Wool Clean Panel

The glass magnesium is a lightweight building material mainly made of magnesium oxide, adding modifiers, which is compounded by heat-curing glue under pressure in a continuous molding machine. The rock wool is made of high-quality basalt and dolomite as the main raw materials. After being melted at high temperature and made into fibers by centrifugal machines, spraying a certain amount of binder, dust-proof oil, water repellent, etc., rock wool products will be finished for different specifications and uses after solidification and cutting. These two kind of core materials above combine together and supplement each other. The glass magnesium,compared to rock wool, has a better performance in fireproof, as well as make up for the lack of rock wool in mechanical properties, waterproof, strength, etc. And rock wool, compared to magnesium glass, has a stronger thermal insulation and sound absorption , but also can relatively reduce the weight of the whole panel. The combination of the two has improved the overall performance of the clean panel and extended its service life effectively.
